I have Customer and that Customer Can Contain Many Projects, But in the Filter It should take the latest created project(which means based on inception date ) among the selected Projects. How to do this in SSRS SQL query? and also The Date the report was generated should be registered on the document when generated, this allows us to version control.?

    Hi partner,

    What's the version of CRM are you using, online or on-premise?

    If you are using online, so the SSRS query should be based on fetch-xml, you need to add such column.

    <order attribute="inception date"  descending="true"/>

    If you are using on-premsei, so the SSUR query should be SQL statement, so you need to add an "order by  inception date desc" to get the latest created project.

    If my understanding is not correct, please share more details about your requirement so that we could help you better.
