Email approvals for purchase order

I have setup email approvals for purchase orders and before whenever approval request comes it was appeared under "My Notifications" fact box as a notification. But however "My Notifications" section is not get updated anymore and emails are receiving as before. Can someone guide me on how to setup "My Notifications" section to be get updated automatically?

    Hi Kasun, there are two notification types. Notes or email. Ensure that job queue is working, NAS and notifications settings adhoc.
