    Hi,

Can you check if the navigation pane has been personalized. It is possible to hide menus you are not using.

I assume you opened AX as an administrator?

if you have system administration role, click Navigation Pan Options, you might found system administration un marked -- mark it

Please validate if demo license if valid expiry date

Please velidate if you have loggin using AX installation account (the account using which you have installed the AX), that user use to be the Admin of the AX, please login using that user.

once you login using administrator you need to check if related License configuration key is enabled for the user or not.

Have you completed the Initialization check list,

this may be caused if you have uplaoded the demo data.

consider checking SysUserInfo table in SQL.

Please verify and update us with your findings.

    Hi Abdul,

Please connect the Development Workspace-->AOT-->Menus-->MainMenu-->Right Click-->New-->Menu reference-->Drag and Drop the System administration into the MainMenu and save it.

Also double check to open AX with the option run as administrator and make sure you have system administrator role to do the activities.
