I am planning to run Dynamics AX 2009 with SQL 2012.
Can you please let me know If there is any compatibility between Dynamics AX 2009 and SQL 2012?

I would like to do this as well in preparation for AX 2012 upgrade next year. Has anyone done this or can someone from Microsoft AX team respond.
I wouldn't think AX would "care" what version of SQL Server is on the back end, as long as there are compatibility modes to choose from, besides the obvious fact that Dynamics AX 2012 gets the most out of being on SQL Server 2012 from a performance / availability perspective and the BI tools and other developments correct?
