Cannot find transaction in show journal in Retail POS AX 2012

Hi everyone,

I have a problem in viewing transactions in show journal. When I search for the receiptid, it says no records even though the transaction can be viewed in ax. we double checked the fields and filters in the search parameters in show journal but still it says no records. Before, we can search other receipts but now suddenly everything we search returns no records. Can anyone tell me what causes this or what the solution is?

    Hi Mark,

    Please,

    1) Check if Retail Transaction Service (RTS) is working well (try to call Inventory lookup / create customer);

    2) Validate if you have exactly one transaction in AX with your receipt ID;

    3) Check Event Viewer on POS PC + Retail Transaction Service PC (if any errors are there)

    Hai Mark Lai,

    Is your transactions use customer order? As I know, we can't search transaction customer order in show journal form. You only search cash and carry transaction in show journal.
