I am in the process of entering all of our FMLA into GP for tracking purposes. We have not used this part of GP before. I am on the initial FMLA Initiation page and have entered a start date of 3/23/17 and an end date of 3/23/18, but I'm getting an error message "The start date cannot be before the employee FMLA Year Start Date". I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help would be much appreciated.
