We just went live in May. Most things are going smooth, with the exception of the mobile app. Does anyone have an issue with Bookings disappearing from the Agenda/Map view? One day they'll be there then the next day they're gone.
I can get them to show up again by changing the status/arrival date time and saving the booking record.
We've had nothing but problems with the booking view part of the mobile app.

When using it on the mobile the offline filter applies. Have you tried to access the mobile app on the desktop?
Check the views as well.
Last you can check the access on the booking. Field Service also shares the record with the technician when the work order is scheduled.

Yes, the mobile app on the desktop is accurate and shows the bookings. It's just when the techs are in the field. It's almost like the iOS app doesn't know what to present. The bookings show one day then disappear the next.
yes, permissions look right. The bookings show one minute (or day) and then disappear. In my testing, sometimes I can get them to reappear by changing the booking status and arrival datetime. The couple I changed showed up on the booking calendar control 5 minutes later.
If it happens on the mobile device only I reckon the issue in on the office filters.

I've referenced this documentation before. What filters are you thinking about? I've reviewed the filters on the view and they seem fine.

As described by Gabriel you have to edit the custom Bookable Resource Booking filter for the mobile offline profile by following the guide.
If you have more than one profile you need to check the offline profile used via the App Designer properties.
You will find the filter is for today for next 7 days so any booking before today won't be displayed in the APP which only works in offline mode.

Apart from all the what mentioned above, please check if the user drip scheduling in Bookable resource page is set to NO.
Thank you for the input. Yes, Drip Scheduling is currently set to No.
That shouldn't be the issue, because Drip Scheduling was for the legacy mobile app. The bookings that disappear, does it have a particular status?
