I have some questions from my customer. Basically, the previous IT admin resigned from company where he is a global admin in Dynamics 365 F&O. Now there is new IT replaced him already.
New IT is not sure that can he disable an account of previous IT from Lifecycle service portal and Microsoft 365 admin portal? Is there any way to replace with new account under new IT admin?
we are not sure that it will impact the system and environment or not.
Moreover, company finds it is uncomfortable after they found that previous IT use his name as global admin account (like Peter@contoso.com). If there is the way to change, company wants to use, for example, admin@contoso.com instead of people's name.
Do you guys have any article to learn about how to manage system account and admin account for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations?
