Maintenance mode disable not working

Hi everyone, I'm encountering an issue while working in maintenance mode. Initially, I put my UAT into maintenance mode for license configuration. However, despite no additional changes being made during this time, I'm unable to disable maintenance mode. I've attempted to do so multiple times, with a gap of one hour between attempts, but LCS keeps rolling back the disablement of maintenance mode and reactivating the maintenance mode in UAT.

Please help if you have any suggestions for resolving this. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
If turning maintenance mode on or off fails, you see options such as Resume, Rollback, and Abort. You can also download the logs to troubleshoot why the operation failed. You can try the methods mentioned in this document:

hi @Hana,

thanks for the replay.

As you suggested the resume or abort option but in my case LCS directly rolled back the disable maintenance mode without any suggestion. secondly, you shared the link that i already completed and tried all the solutions of the page but did not help full.

if you find anything else please let me know.
