How to create Self sign certificate for AsyncServer Installation in Ax 2012

Hi all,

I am trying to install Retail POS in AX 2012. i want to know how to create self sign certificate that used in async server installation.

In my case server name (AXSERVER\abc.xyz)  When i am creating self sign certificate using IIS Manager its creating certificate.

IssuedTo : AXSERVER\abc.xyz

IssuedBy : AXSERVER\abc.xyz 

When i am using this certificate it is not working. I get warning message always in browser i am installed certificate manually and also from browser i can get metadata of async service in one click due to certificate issue.

Any one suggest me how to get certificate in following format or any other option to create certificate.

IssuedTo : AXSERVER

IssuedBy : abc-AXSERVER-CA

    CA - OU : machine name

    IA - FQDN : machine name

    Other details all blank (.)

    I am following the above link step by step but i am unable to open metadata of async server.

    CA - OU : machine name   means Organization Unit name ??.

    and how do i have place IA.crt file in IIS ??

    IIS - IA.crt
