Hi Everyone,
So I was going through Worker record in HR and noticed a link to Screenings under More Information area of Profile. I could not find any documentation on this topic in HR documentation so appreciate if anyone answers below questions.
1. What does Screenings mean in HR?
2. If I create a screening record it asks for required by date and Status (Pass/Fail). Does this mean that for every screening record employee will get some kind of notification to submit that document by required by date? Will employee see all screenings in his/her ESS area too? So basically I want to understand fully functional flow when we create a screening item for a worker.
Thank you. Regards,
Hi,
Let me see if this helps to understand the use of screenings (at least how I use them with customers).
You start with setting up the required screening on the Job. This helps to indicate what screenings you want to complete as part of the jobs and regular day to day business. This could either be a screening before you hire a worker, or a recurring one (that would need renewal):
On the employee level, you can maintain if the screening has been completed (passed), and if a new entry is required it will be created automatically:
As part of the process, Managers or HR will have to act on the expiring screenings for their team members/employees:
No automatic notifications or email alerts will be send. This is something that can be done based on alert rules or MS Flow. However this would need to be setup/created.
