Had a couple of problems where a service technician has gone to the wrong client address - on checking it appears that the Billing account address has appeared in the Job Location rather than the Service account address - any suggestions please?
This doesn't look like a screenshot from Vanilla FS. Plus the standard logic will indeed take the location from the service account (or the functional location), not from the billing account.
