Invoice printing as .htm file

Hello 

I am trying to print an invoice as word file

When I select print it opens a .htm file

this is an issue with one person and is a GP issue.


When I log in to my account on their profile, it works

    Hello Gunnigle,

    Most times, this is caused due to the Report Writer Version of the Report not matching the XML on the template.

    I would verify that you have the Modified Report on this machine, and it is accessible. Once verified, re-add the XML to the modified Template and bring it back in. Set security to the template and see if this now prints correctly.
