Does anyone have a handle on how to set up email properly within Talent? We've tried looking through documentation and altering several things within system administration and user options, but no emails are being sent. I also have email templates connected to a workflow but they aren't sending. I have submitted a ticket to Microsoft but thought I'd reach out here too. Attract and Onboard are also not sending as designed.
We set up Talent email and could send a test email from there (for SMTP type). Leave and Absence WORKFLOW is still not sending out any notifications though they appear to be set correctly. The attract and onboarding tests are sending emails.
Is this a trial org? Is email working anywhere else beyond Talent?
We suspended our purchase of Talent last month. I'm sorry - I don't know.
Was this issue in TALENT, NOT Finance and Ops, ever resolved? we are also unable to get email notifications for leave requests working. We do not see a system admin area for email in Talent. Is it not deployed yet?

This was helpful to look at, however, we are still unable to get everything configured properly. I started a ticket on June 6th and am hoping to have a resolution soon.
