Purchase Requisition, Purchase order, workflow not showing price unit

hello guys,

When I create a purchase order from a purchase requisition, the Unit Price is not copied from the purchase requisition, showing that it is 0,0.

what is wrong with the workflow, or any of the elements involved here (purchase order, purchase requisition)?

Thanks for your help!

Hello Sebastian, the logic begind the unit Price for a purchase requisition is that you have to do the RFQ process so the unit price can be updated in the PR from that process, it you type the unit price directly to the PR line, DAX won’t take it as a approve price.

Another way you can setup default unit price for the item is on the details (Product information management / Release products / Edit / Purchase / Price).

If you need to change the elements of how the unit price for a PR is process, you would have to do a little of development to change the code.

    Best regards,

Sorry, I want to ask u about this.

It is standard AX that if I type the unit price directly in PR Line and then I release my PR to PO, the unit price will copied directly to PO, is it right?

Hello AdijeWu , to my knowledge, is not standard in Dynamics AX FP1.

I'm not sure whether MS released a HF for this behavior fot that version.

In Dynamics R3 RTM with purchasing policies you can configure the behavior of what method to use when transferring prices and discounts form PR to a PO.
