Gap list in LCS

Hi,

I am trying out Business Process Modeller in Life Cycle Services and would want to create a GAP list in customers business process using own experience. I have successfully uploaded Business Processes but I am unable to understand how to define the GAP list. Does someone have exoerience in this?

Open a process diagram and modify it, e.g. add a new manual step. It will automatically create a gap. If you want, you can also right-click the step and mark it as "not a gap".
