Hello Marlies,
For issue 1:
Check that a folder called 'ZetadocsCaptureAddin' exists in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\RoleTailored Client\Add-ins\
If not, copy the 'ZetadocsCaptureAddin' and all of its contents from the Zetadocs Express installation files to the above location, and then restart the RTC. You should find the 'ZetadocsCaptureAddin' folder in the install files: \Zetadocs Express\Zetadocs Express Client\RTC_PATH\Add-ins
If the folder already exists on your machine, then overwrite it. These files have been updated since the original version of Zetadocs Express which did not support SharePoint Online.
For issue 2:
Ensure that any previous Zetadocs Sharepoint extensions are uninstalled from the SharePoint server before trying to deploy the new .wsp for Zetadocs Express.
