How to manage a registration for a multisession event with option to decide which sessions should be booked.

Good morning,

currently we are having the following scenario:

We are planning a two day event with several sessions. Some of the sessions will take place at the same time and we want to give our clients the option to choose to which sessions they register.

Example:

Thurday: 16:00h - 19:00h dinner

Friday: 09:00h - 09:30h welcome and networking

Friday: 09:30h - 11:00h Topic for clients from branch a

Friday: 09:30h - 11:00h Topic for clients from branch b

Friday: 09:30h - 11:00h Topic for the rest

My goal is to creat just one event and to give the option to choose if someone prefers to come only on thursday, only on friday or attend on both days. Also for the persons who plans to attend on both days / only friday to attend the first session and to choose one option for the timeframe from 09:30h to 11:00h.

As we are using marketing forms for registration I currently don't have the option to work with passes. Is there any option by default to give these options?

Thank you for your ideas.

Best regards,
Daniel

    Hi Leah Ju,

    thank you!

That helped me a lot. I saw this field in the past but wasn't sure about the function.

    Hi Daniel,

Session-level registration enables event organizers to give attendees the ability to assemble their own events from among all available sessions.

To enable session-based registration, start by setting up the event as usual, including basic settings and session schedule, but then go to the Agenda tab for the event and set Allow registrants to create their own agenda to Yes.
