Is this for all PO or particular one?
Any message is no showing up? what is the last update for this PO in the workflow history?
Also, did you check the workflow batch is running ?

Can you please confirm following and share the feedback.
1. Did you check the WF history by Admin user?
2. Can you please also check if PO workflow is properly configured with rejected workflow notification as well.
3. Did the user receive the notification of rejected workflow?
Hi i have checked workflow history by admin user it is showing as completed
workflow is configured with rejected notification, but user didn't receive any notification after rejection
hi ,this is for specific PO, no message is showing ,in the history it is showing as completed in workflow ,
there is no rejection shown in the workflow history
If user didn't receive rejection notifications then please check the email notification setting of WF and also of that user who didn't receive.
Can you please reproduce another scenario on your Test machine and once you reject the workflow, wait for few seconds and take the screen shot of worklfow history 》Tracking detail list tab and share with us.
