Main goal here is- We would like to send email to 10k people with help of CJ and creating a static segment. But in the Contacts few contacts are already available from the list of 10k to which we would like to send email. Since we contacts are already present in the CRM Contacts; if we add same contact again, it is creating duplicate contacts. We would like to send email to the list of 10k people without creating duplicate contacts in CRM.
Details- We have already 700k email ids in Marketing Contacts. We have received one list from business with 10k emails to send email to them with customer Journey by creating a Static segment. When we tried add the new new list of 10k in the contacts to create a separate segment; emails of 10k are duplicate with few 700k original emails in the Marketing contacts. Due to that we are not able to create a separate segment of 10k contacts which we received from business. To add 10k contacts with excel import in Contacts list, due to duplicate detection rules, duplicate contacts are not getting uploaded on CRM. If we remove the email duplicate detection rule to add the 10k contacts, two duplicate contacts are getting created in CRM's Contacts.
Could someone guide me on how to create a separate static segment of 10k contacts even though there are duplicate contacts are present already in the contact list of CRM.
