Good Morning,

I am looking to link the owner field to a team field on CRM.

I am aware that we can create a business rule to apply this but ideally, we would like the field to be pre-populated/defined when the user creates a new record.

As per screenshot below, we have the owner set to the agent/user who created the record.

Is it possible to mirror the owner field on the form and entity or do we need to create a connection for this to work ?

Hi,

What do you mean by Associated Team field ?

You can add subgrid on the form to show Owner related teams.
