Hi,
Am trying to enable SSL using nav 2016 administration but i encounter the following error "SSL Can not be enablesd when the certificate is not present".any ideas on how i can fix it?

Be sure to specify the Cert Thumb Print in the Configuration> General area of the Management Console. Some times weird invisible characters can cause issues.

Briefly -
1) you should have trusted sertificate
2) enable ssl in NAV Server
3) fill Certificate Thumbprint in NAV Server
4) Activate ssl in Web server
5) open ssl ports on your NAV server VM

Am new to nav 2016...am i suppossed to import any certificate?all i was trying to do is to enable ssl so that i can make use of web services.
where did you import the certificate error says cannot find it , check whether you have map correct path/certificate
