Journal shows as being "in use" - but no value in the LedgerJournalTable 'inuseby" field

When a journal is in use, a red X appears in the in use column - but there is no one really using the journal. The ledgerJournal table 'inuseby' field is blank. What source table does this originate from?

    The data is stored in a map not in a table at runtime.  The map is called JournalTableMap
