Hi all. I have to set up 2 business units in the Marketing app, one for the Sale to Businesses department and another one for Sale to Individuals.
The Contacts should have unique email addresses across the 2 units, but there might be some exceptions, for example, when an individual uses his personal email address for his own company.
In this case, there will be duplicate records in the system, one for each department.
My questions is, what happens when someone wants to unsubscribe for example, from the Sale to Individuals department? Will the system know to pick up the record belonging to that unit?
