-what is the user role to install a marketing app
-can a user has service admin role is he able to install the marketing app or not

User needs to have Global Admin privileges in Office 365 as the app will install several solutions, but will need privileges to create the portal.

-i gone through the prerequisites doc for installation of marketing app in that it is given that it is mention that "You must run the setup wizard as a Dynamics 365
user with admin privileges on the Dynamics 365 instance where you are installing Marketing".could i have any document which mention the user role as global Admin privileges in office365. which will help us that sales admin,service admin etc are not able to install the marketing app
docs.microsoft.com/.../purchase-marketing mentions that you need to be an Administrator to setup Marketing.

Office 365 Global Admin for Dynamics 365 should be able to install Marketing App, Specific admin role like Sales admin, Service admin has a specific function for Sales & Service functional areas.
