Credit Management View From Sales Order

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has a neat way of displaying "Account Status" within a sales order without modding.

The issue our users are facing is when processing an order they aren't notified that there is a potential issue with the account until posting (delivery note, confirmation etc). If there was a way to identify the status of the customer earlier then this is would solve most of these issues.

I'm afraid this feature needs to be done through custom development.

Do you mean the Account status reason field under credit management tab?
