I configured the portal debug logging to azure using the steps here. After setting this up, a folder called telemetry-logs was created within my azure blob storage by dynamics. I then proceeded to manually break a web form by changing the referenced form name. When I jump to the broken page, I receive the standard error message (We're sorry but something went wrong. Error ID [GUID],) however nothing shows up in the telemetry-logs folder. Is there another configuration that I need to be aware of in order for dynamics to send the logs?
I have tried updating the blob connection string to no effect.

When you select the error form, you will meet this error.
Since you have created telemetry-logs folder successfully, the steps are correct.
About you don't have any logs in your blob, you could refer to this blog.
