We are switching from outbound to realtime forms. We want to adjust our lead scoring model to include these new forms but that doesn't seem possible? Does anyone know a workaround or does anyone have more information on when (and if) Microsoft would add it to the model?
do you use the outbound lead scoring or the real-time marketing lead scoring?
You have to enable the realtime scoring in the feature switches first:
Then you can also add the new forms to the new lead scoring:
If you want to include the form submissions of outbound as well, you first need to enable the form submission entity (msdyncrm_marketingformsubmission) for "Track changes"
Then you can add it to the realtime scoring as well:
