Can not start Retail trial for the first time

when i starting my retail trial, i have faced this error :

    That's a really, really bad error message as there isn't enough information there for anyone within the community to be able to help.

    If you can get to https://admin.dynamics.com you can raise a helpdesk request with Microsoft where they should get back to you quickly.
