Hi, I have a marketing form set up on leads, it will be creating a lead after submission, question: how can we send the DOI email after the lead is qualified and contact got created? please advise.

    To send a Double Opt-In (DOI) email after a lead is qualified and a contact is created, try:

    1. Power Automate Flow:
      • Trigger: When a Lead is Qualified and a Contact is Created.
      • Action: Send DOI email via Customer Insights - Journeys or Power Automate.
    2. Customer Journey (Marketing Module):
      • Trigger an email campaign when a new Contact is created.

    create a customer journey that triggers the DOI email.
    Create a segment that identifies contacts who were recently created or updated after a lead qualification. You can use filters to target specific criteria.
    Add an email tile to the customer journey and link it to your DOI email template.
    And after that use Power Automate to automate the process. Create a flow that triggers when a lead is qualified and a contact is created. The flow can send the DOI email using the Dynamics 365 Marketing connector.
