E Mail Activity - Read Only issues

Hello

We have set up a Public Queue and have an email address assigned to it.  In testing, we have sent some emails to it for action yet they show as read only, have no complete button and have inconsistent Activity Status info, in the read only bar they show as Received and Completed on the form body.  Even when we and send a reply we are unable to alter the fields and /or given a complete button.  The mails still show as available work in the queue too. In short it seems we are unable to work with them.  I have attached an image.

    Hi,

    An email received in CRM is read only by default. You cannot edit it.

    I am not sure what is the use case that you need to edit a received email.
