Dynamic CRM 9.1 OnPremise- Opportunity close customization- Lookup /Customer type attribute

Hi Team,

I wanted to a lookup field for account on opportunity close but it is not allowing. Anyone facing this issue?

1. Try to add customer type attribute, it shows error

Try to add lookup, entities are not loaded.

    Hi Sushma,

    It seems that the Opportunity Close entity does not support creating lookup field in CRM 9.1 On-Premise, which is by design.

    Adding a lookup field would create a relationship.

    If you are going to create a new N:1 relationship of the Opportunity Close entity, you can go to Opportunity Close > N:1 Relationships and check if the New button is present.

    Opportunity Close entity does not allow new relationships to be created.

    Therefore, the Opportunity Close entity does not support the creation of lookup fields.
