Can you please let me know what is the difference between SSRS report and Electronic report?
Please give me more she'd on this.

ER is another report which gives business users to be able to configure the formats of electronic documents or payments in accordance with regulatory/legal requirements, instead of needing to code them. If you refer links which I provided in your different post you will come to now how to configure those.

To add to Sukruts feedback, ER can do a lot more than creating legally required reports.
You can prepare data and store them on a file drive that you use for starting subsequent processes / analysis for example in PowerBI or Flow.
In addition, you can import data e.g. from Excel into different forms in D365FO.
A major difference to SSRS reports is that you do not need a developer to do all that.
You can configure ER yourself.
