Now I am trying to “Deploy and process the default analysis cubes.” In Repoting in AX2012 Cource 80318
But I can’t get it to work.
I try to get all the relevant Services to run.
My AX2012R2A is running on a Oracle Virtual Box. I have 16 GB ram on my machine.
Almost eleven is used inside the Virtual Box.
But when I start the “Deploy and process the default analysis cubes.” from
Tools -> BI-tools SQL Server Analysis Servive project Wizard
Then I think that there is not enough capity to do the job.
Then I can see in the Task Manager that my AX-client is not answering.
Sometimes it tells my that it will take over 6 hours before the job is done.
But after a while it just stops with an error:
“OLE DB-error or ODBC error. Query time out expired…error in OLAP storage engine
A copy of the Analysis server project being deployed has been save to C:/……/Dynamics Ax initial.dwpproj
Error occurred while processing the Analysis Serveice database: Dynamics AX initial
