HI
We are harvesting emails from Gmail inboxes and its working expect when we move something from Spam to the inbox. In this case it does not get harvested by CRM. Does anyone know if this is expected behavior and if there is a way we can get these emails into CRM
Thanks
Hi
We are already using server side sync and its working as expected, except for the issue i raised above where an email comes into spam, Marked as not spam so then moves to the inbox, which should trigger it coming into Dynamics like other messages which arrive into the inbox.
In other mail boxes we have rules where certain emails bypass the inbox and go int another folder/tag. If we move these to the inbox then CRM will harvest these. Why does the same action not happen when moved from Spam to the inbox
Thanks
Hi Waikato,
Could you explain what you mean by Harvesting? You wan to show emails from Gmail in CRM?
If so, there are two suggestions on how to integrate Gmail with your MS Dynamics CRM.
1.Server-side synchronization
MS Dynamics has server synchronization for the on-premise and online deployments of MS email apps Outlook and Exchange, and also with any POP3 or SMTP email server.
Dynamics 365 and Gmail: Yes, you can! (arbelatech.com)
2.Third-party Gmail-MS Dynamics connector
You can ask vendors like Connect Bridge Platform, Zapier, StarfishETL, Riva, LiiD, and Akvelon for help with this requirement. (using google search directly)
