How to change worker responsible in Customers

Hi,

In AX 2012 you were able to change the customer responsibles on Customers: Account Manager, Client Account Director and Biller from one person to another.

I cant find this option in D365.

Can someone please advise?

Can you share a screenshot with this feature in AX 2012 and one of what you now see on Dynamics 365?

Hi,

Depending on the problem you described, it seems that you can change the worker responsible for customers based on the following navigation:

Open the Accounts receivable module and choose All customers page.

Select the record information you want to change.

choose Sales demographics tab.

You can maintain your employees who are responsible for your customers in the Employee responsible field.

Hi,

So in AX 2012 R3 It is found in Sales Ledger > Periodic > Change worker responsible in Customer. Below screenshot in AX 2012. I cant find this mass change option in D365 f&o
