Potential Customer in Opportunity is fetching Contact from lead instead of Account

Hello,
 
We are facing an issue with respect to qualifying a lead to create an opportunity for a customer 
 
We have selected the existing Account and Contact in lead but when we qualify it the opportunity is getting tagged to Contact in the potential customer field instead of the selected Customer 
 
I reviewed and found out that if the Company name text field (which we use it if the customer is new) has value then it's getting tagged to the potential customer but if it's not then Contact is getting preferred 
 
Where do we change this mapping?
