Scanning business card (OCR) for Asian letters is not working as it should

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone has experience with scanning Asian letters in Sales mobile app with OCR? After running some tests it seems that the OCR is not working properly and I'm trying to find a solution which work closely with the same accuracy as OCR does for Latin letters.

Let me know if you have used it/solved it/ or found a third-party solution which you would recommend.

Hi szkvorcsin,

You can use the AI builder model and train your model with latin and asian letters.

To add your Business card reader in your app :

To use your business card reader in a Power automate flow :

Hi,

As a prebuilt model, Business card reader can’t be trained.

Maybe these third-party software will help you but we can't guarantee its feasibility.
