Hi there,
Firstly, apologies if this question is already answered elsewhere. I've done a fair amount of searching and wasn't able to find anything which answered my question. I'm happy to simply be pointed in the right direction if a suitable resource already exists.
We have a Customer Voice survey currently deployed in a Sandbox environment while we test out some of the functionality. Most things seem to be working relatively well. We'd like our users to be able to upload documents and then to process these files via a logic app. At present I can see that by default the files end up being stored within the One Drive of the user who created the survey. That makes the set up problematic as for obvious reasons we don't want to run the relevant step(s) of the Logic App as that user and also don't want things to break should that user leave the business.
Details I've found online suggest that for MS Forms (as opposed to Customer Voice), if the form "belongs" to a group then uploaded documents are associated with that group rather than with an individual user. If the equivalent can be achieved in Customer Voice, I've not been able to work out how. The surveys are shared (in that they have multiple owners), but that doesn't seem to make any difference.
Am I missing something obvious? Can this be done in Customer Voice?
Thanks in advance.
Steve Lovell
