Hi! We recently activated our production instance of Customer Service. I can only see the sandbox instance of my Customer Service Hub in home.dynamics.com under 'My apps'. How can I view the production instance of Customer Service Hub? Thank you.

I assume you performed a Sync, if not please sync and check. Also are there any security role defined which will allow users to view App.

Can you open admin.powerplatform.com and then go to Resources->App then check If customer service App is installed if not install. Also make your you change Environment from sandbox to production on home page admin.powerplatform.com.
