Not able to sync following 

  • custom relationships 
  • many to many (out of the box) 
  • many to many (custom)

    Hi,

    You will need to make sure that both sides of the relationship have entities that have Change Tracking enabled - and then you should be able to use the Manage Relationships button to add the relationship.
