Hi,

Is it recommended to use data events in the following scenarios:

1. Sending data changes in real time to another system?
2. Sending large amount of data to another system (also real time)?
 
 
Extra questions:
 
A. Do data events work with composite entities? And any entity i create in F&O, i will be able to use it in Data events?
B. When a data change happens in FO, do all field values in the virtual entities gets sent to the external system?

    Hi Kevin,

    1. What do you mean by data event handlers? what is the benefit of this?
     
    2. You said only fields that changed are sent to external system. So in case of sales orders:
     
       2a. If an order got created with 3 lines, I'm assuming data events will return all fields in SalesLine right?
    ​​​​​​​
       2b. If let's say the order has 500 lines, am I going to get 1 data event for the creation of all lines or am i going to get a data event for               each line that gets created (i mean 500 data events)?

    3. can we disable change tracking in data events?
