Hi,
I have read some posts indicating that when using the schedule board assistant it will only return resource that can be scheduled within the time window or time group however my experience is that this is not applied. Can anyone confirm whether this should work and provide some details/examples of how they have configured the schedule board and work order and any other required configuration?

I've tested it in version 9 as well.
Great it's something that definitely needs to be resolved.
I did some testing today and found that Time Groups weren't working altogether.
I was using Dynamics 365 v9 trial. I had trouble adding a Time Group to begin with and had to go into God Mode to even add one. Then adding it to a Work Order didn't add nothing to the Schedule Assistant either.
What version of Dynamics were you using? I will be working closely with Microsoft team to find bugs in Field Service. Ill will be bringing this to there attention.

Thanks for the link. However in Leigh's situation it seems like the time window start and time window end are being ignored by the schedule assistant.
It recognises the start and end dates, but not the restriction that it must be done only within certain hours of the day.
I didn't spot that in Neil's post. Have you come across this?
