March 2021 security updates KB5000848 & KB5000853 are causing trouble in our Dynamics GP environment

Hi,

We're using GP 2015 as RemoteApp in our environment. A week back users started reporting that reports, once printed as PDF from GP RemoteApp are having black squares wherever images exist. But the same report don't have the same issue when printed through GP thick client.
Only change happened in GP Session Host servers were latest updates installed through SCCM ADR.

After few hours of analysis, it is found that KB5000848 & KB5000853, which are released on March 9, 2021 are the culprits. Once those security updates were removed, everything came back to normal.

Anyone faced the same issue? If yes, is there an alternate solution so security updates can stay?

    I must have missed this when I was troubleshooting. I searched Win2012 R2 update history and couldn't find KB5001640, which is relased on 22nd March 2021.
