One of our users got a quite big list of what looks like views shared with her, she does not appear as owner even in half of them, contacting every owner will take ages
If this person disables or deletes those views will be deleted for everyone or just for her?
Reading MS official documentation about personal views it is not very helpful for this case
Any given help will be very much appreciated
Hello,
As this views are shared views and if someone who has the access like Write, Delete, Assign, Share.
They can perform different operation on this views and it will be reflected for all the people who has access on it.
Also you can manage this personal view by removing the Write, Delete, Assign, Share privilege's for all other users.
And make sure if owner of the view is not present then you can assign that view to yourself using "Personal View Migration" Xrm tool. and then remove excess privilege's for all other users.
