Optimization Request won't cancel or delete

Hello Everyone!

I have a User that selected a quick optimization by right clicking on a Resource while on the Schedule Board, and he received an error. Upon inspection, his request has hung, and we can't cancel or delete the request. It just sits on "Processing, Please wait..." and then nothing happens. When attempting to delete this Optimization, a SQL timeout occurs. This is preventing us from running other Optimizations, so I am not sure what to do.

Kind of surprised I couldn't find any answers to this - Any help?

Have you tried to use Reset Resource Scheduling Optimization ?

I would suggest you create a support ticket for Microsoft Support Team, they can help you investigate more detailed reasons in the background and perhaps they can delete this optimization record in the background directly.
