    Hi Saurabh,

    Thanks for quick reply.

The project stage rules are already set as advised, however still not allowed to generate invoice.

Could you check if I am missing any other parameter.

    I solved making two steps:

    1) mark the milestones as completed in the contract

    2) filling the START DATE in the invoce proposal form.

    Hope this help

    I agree with @maurogrillli steps.

    1) mark the milestones as completed in the contract

    2) filling the START DATE in the invoce proposal form.

But, your situation may require additional steps.  In my situation, the problem was resolved when I filled in additional information on the form for "Create invoice proposal"

I put in data for all of the following and it started to work.

    1) Project

    2) Project contract

    3) Start date (may want to avoid future dates)

    4) Financial dimension set

    5) Sales order line (set toggle to Yes - even if there's no sales order involved)

FYI, it's a good sign if you select the Search button and data populates for both "Billing rules" and "Project transactions".  Be sure to select both.
