Yes,
If someone was the Guest user in your current domain/tenant or you're the Guest user in his domain/tenant.

The other way to 'share' guides is by using our migration tool - but this transfers the guide content to a different CDS instance (either in the same tenant or a different tenant): https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mixed-reality/guides/migrate
