Questions about choosing a US Indirect CSP for D365 Financials

I see that there are currently 11 authorized Indirect Cloud Solution Providers for the US.  I'm wondering how one intelligently chooses an Indirect CSP.

1. Has anyone signed up with one of the Indirect CSPs for Dynamics 365 Financials?  If so, how did you choose your Indirect CSP?  Were there certain criteria that influenced your choice, like better margins or unique support services?

2. Can I as an MS parter sign up with more than one Indirect CSP?

3. If I have customers who purchase Dynamics 365 Financials through one Indirect CSP but are dissatisfied with them, can they easily switch to a different Indirect CSP?
