Financial Dimension On Purchase Requisition Form

Hello everyone,

We are working on one requirement where we need assign financial dimension on PR Header level which is not available OOB. That dimension will flow to each line through some event.

I tried to add DefaultDimesion as available on other tables and forms but I am not able to see after too many attempts. Can anyone give inputs?

Sometimes i get this error 

"Account structures that include financial dimensions have not been selected for the ledger." But we need simple dimension as available on General Journal form.

    Did you try to add Dimension entry control and specified needed properties on that ? What approach you followed to get dimensions ?

    Yes I did below in extension,

    1. Added DefaultDimension Field on PurchReqTable same properties as OOB table.

    2. Added relation to DimesionAttributeValueSet.

    3. Added Dimension Tab on Form level setting properties of Dimesion Entry Control.

    Same steps after doing in Custom table (Which we created just to see if we are doing any mistake), it is coming as expected. But in Purchreqtable it is causing some issue.

    It's quite a long time since the last post but maybe this helps somebody sometime: 

    Have experienced a similar issue. The PurchReqTable form's "Set Company"-flag ist set to "No". If this is the case, the financial dimension structure is fetched from DAT-Company. If you haven't set up anything there, this message "Account structures that include financial dimensions have not been selected for the ledger." will pop up.
